I am so disappointed
I am so disgusted with the service that I am getting from the Ikeja team. Nobody informed me that the tower in in WC is down today. I had to call in after waiting close to 30 minutes on WhatsApp for an agent to attend to my query. I had to go to the office since I couldn’t work from home due to the tower being down. Ikeja team couldn’t even tell me when the issue will be sorted. What a disgrace!
