Horrible Internet connection

Absolutely frustrating. I paid for Internet sometimes it's on, sometimes it's off, then I have to buy data and airtime to contact support for help. This is everyday, while the installation I've paid for is consuming electricity and it's not serving the purpose of Internet connection
