Great assistance from Anwar
I had issues with my wifi which happens a lot however I called ikeja support 30 min before there lines closed and I was assisted by Anwar. He dealt with my issue promptly and professionally and even offered extra assistance. I was back up in less than 5minutes. I’ve dealt with a few of their agents who were very cheeky and sounded annoyed but Anwar was the best!!!!!
