Frustrated

Im furious December I was not home I went for holidays so I didn't pay the monthly payment cz it was pointless as I was not home,then January I chat with the agent asking if I can pay now,which was the 17Jan will it gonna cover me till the 17 Feb then he advised me to pay half the price cz the contract says it's 1st till1st,ohk of which I did pay the half and I was not connected,I,again WhatsApp then I was helped with another agent I asked to connect me,then this one asked me to pay the full amount as they are not pay as you use then I was confused then I asked does that means I paid the half just for free then he told me to wait till the month ends so I can pay the rest and they are going to topped it up of which I did bt still not connected,now they telling me to pay full amount.i mean how I really don't understand and as m working from home now this is making my life difficult and m gonna end up losing my job
