Failed installation
Exceptional Customer service, agent went above and beyond to resolve my query, I was not happy because I have been expecting my refund but I was advised by customer service that refund was issued to a different card, Athi made me feel at ease and assured me that She escalated to the finance team and that the team are working on refunding me back
