Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated - Terrible Experience!
I am beyond frustrated with Ikeja and their utterly disappointing service. I signed up for the installation with high hopes, only to be left completely dissatisfied. I waited a whole 9 days for them to install the service, only for them to show up and inform me that they couldn't proceed due to "capacity issues." So, why on earth are they even running a special if their capacity is already full? It doesn’t make sense at all because after they installed, the internet was working perfectly fine.
To make matters worse, where they had initially installed the cables, they left the wall in a complete mess—damaged and destroyed. This is unacceptable and unprofessional! The least they could do is leave the place in the condition it was in when they arrived.
But the worst part of this entire ordeal is the salesperson’s blatant lies. I was assured that the installation would go smoothly, that it was available, and that everything was set to go. Clearly, none of that was true. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. The sales person told me it takes a capacity of 200 people only to find out its way less. It take 30 people. Why would they have such small number when they are running a special? When she checked on the system it showed it was available in my area but all of a sudden they technicians cannot continue with the installation because it's full even though it was working fine. Why did it noe show on the system when I was signing up? Why did they Install it first before finding out the are issues?
This has been a huge waste of my time, and I’m left with no service, a damaged wall, and an overall terrible experience. I will definitely be looking elsewhere for my internet needs and would strongly advise others to stay away from this company. I study online and I've waisted so much time and money buying data for school. This was so inconsiderate and unprofessional. I feel very marginalized at this point because there was no solution that this issue and that left me with a bitter taste in my mouth for Ikeja. I so unhappy
Unprofessional, unreliable, and disappointing. Stay clear of Ikeja
Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
When you signed up with Lebo at the mall, the address provided was incorrect, which led to complications during the installation. The team attempted to contact you upon arrival at the registered location, but once they reached the correct address, they discovered that the AP (Access Point) near you was already at full capacity.
During the signup process, our system checks AP availability based on the address entered. Since the initial address was incorrect, the system detected an available AP based on the incorrect address, allowing the application to proceed. However, at your actual location, the AP was already full, preventing successful installation.
For clarity, our SC supports up to 200-210 users, but each AP within the SC can only accommodate 30 users. APs are the smaller units mounted on poles, while the SC consists of multiple APs. You may find the picture below
We understand your frustration and appreciate your patience. Please let us know how you’d like to proceed, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Kind regards
