I'm so disappointed with Ikeja, I payed the full amount on 26 April 2022 and on the 1 May 2022 they cut me off, claiming that it's a month to month usage policy but the problem is that I haven't used it for a month, only four days, yes if it where contract based I'd understand but in this case it's not, so how does one pay for a 30 days service and only receive a few days of it and still be expected to pay the full amount after a few days, I've payed my premium late before and never had this kind of issue but this time they've taken it too far, they behaving like it's contract based cause if it was I would understand, as for the consultant I spoke to, did not really care of what I had to say and she should be educated more on the difference between a contract and month to month because she addressed my issue as if it where a contract problem of which it wasn't, month to month it is and I did not use a month of it. So please guys beware of this coated **** Ikeja is running, there's a few things I've overlooked from Ikeja but this one I'm not gonna turn the other cheek, I've advised a few people to give Ikeja a try and most of them on Facebook but now I feel like a fool and conned.
I am sorry for your experience and would like to chat with you so we can make sure you feel your complaint is resolved.
I do have a copy of your contract and we can walk through the issue here. Ikeja's billing cycle runs from the 1st to the end of each month. I do apologise for the confusion but ikeja is not a pay as you use but offer a monthly subscription. As you did not pay in April, when you paid your bill on the 26th, this was allocated to April's payment.
We do provide our customers with the ability to skip a month and we can discuss this. I will call you today, if you are not free or prefer another time please can you let me know here.
