Connected without internet

Pathetic customer service from Ikeja. I relocated to a new place and I went to their branch in Phillipi where I paid for relocation this was on the 4th of July a week later I was still waiting, had to drive to their office again and only then I was told they only going to come Friday the 12th. They came we took it to the new place, when we got there they installed it and they struggled with connection it took them more 90mins to search for connection and I had to leave my wife with the Ikeja team because I had to go to work.

Later that same day wife called me saying that there's no connection " connected without internet" This has been happening since the 12th and today is 18th. So literally I haven't use the wifi this month while I paid for it. Every 30mins we lost connection and it takes about an hour to reconnect.

Monday the 15th again I went to their branch in Phillipi and I was to their team would come it takes them 24 to 72 hrs after you log a complain. So this month I paid for free. Your customer care and what's app service is useless and poor service.
