Complaining

Every day the i always get this massage Dear ikeja customer, the tower you are connected to is currently down. And after loadshedding my wifi will be connected after a hour.. Every day i have to buy data ... And they don't give me discount they don't care about this bad service..... When you contact they it's take 2 hours to respond or they don't respond at all
