Bad service from IKEJA

I currently have the worst experience with ikeja. The pole is hanging on top of electricity wires. obviously was not tied properly. I logged case and was advised they would come following day then the day came the agent I spoke to BONNIE said they would come on the weekend. I work from home I need the Wi-Fi, I clearly stated the day I logged the case. All those agents I spoke to did not take matter into consideration and I clearly stated I cannot remove it from the wall. They stated I should not hire a person outside of ikeja. There are kids here, this pole might fall on top of them. Its been over 48 hours since they confirmed the team will come and fix it. This Agent BONNIE said the team is still attending to urgent matters, obviously my case is not urgent to ikeja.
