Bad service ever

I had a problem in January regarding their router wifi it took three weeks before they send someone to come and fix it ,they replaced it with the used one. Now on the 10 May when we wake up we didn't have internet, I have reported that around 11h00 same day .They tried to fix on whatsapp but no luck. I have been contacting them everyday regarding the problem, now I am still waiting for them. The worst part is they promise to send someone until now.
