Bad service and poor connectivity
I am extremely unhappy with Ikeja WiFi. The connection is unstable, slow, and keeps disconnecting, making it impossible to work properly. Their customer support is poor — slow responses and no real solutions. For the amount we pay every month, the service is not worth it at all. I would not recommend Ikeja WiFi to anyone until they improve both their network reliability and customer care.
