Bad product

I have had this wifi for almost a year and I work from home the coverage is so bad I don’t even use it anymore I stopped so they can come pick this thing up iam so disappointed everything doesn’t work everything is slow even when one device is connected they need to do something about it coz they just lost me as a loyal customer
