Bad internet connection and bad customer service

I have never seen such a bad company that has such bad service like iKeja WiFi. I have been disconnected since 00:00 after the loadshedding till now. I work from home and I have no internet. I made contact with them this morning at 7 and spoke to Tshepo and the issue has not been resolved till now. If you ask me I would never recommend this company to anyone they have bad internet connection especially when the weather is bad, and they have such bad service
