Bad customer service

Ikeja has the most terrible customer service. Every time when we cannot connect to the internet and try to contact them for assistance they take their time to respond from their terrible whatsapp customer support. That automative message response will tell you that an agent will be with you shortly but end up responding to us after 30 minutes or more. I am very disappointed
