I walked into the Ikeja store already frustrated, and it was quite busy. Despite the pressure, Athi remained calm, professional, and genuinely helpful. She greeted customers kindly, communicated clearly, and handled situations with patience and empathy.

Her approach made a noticeable difference in what could have been a very tense environment. She didn’t just resolve issues; she made people feel heard and supported. Athi is a great example of excellent customer service, and Ikeja would benefit from having more staff members with her level of professionalism and people skills. This happened in October btw, something just reminded me of this experience
