Another review of terrible service.

I'm back again n rate 1 again and I'm still complaining about poor service Ikeja is rendering.ive complain everywhere and even went to tswelopele office for assistance but spend 3hrs there n left with no help.they said some1 will come resolve the issue but to my surprise I was then told that I needed to buy another router ,so R1000 was for 5 days?now I need to give them another R1000 ?they must think we grow money on trees.worse part they have the nerve to say :if I dnt Wana buy new 1 I myt as well sell it since it belongs to me.
