Awful ISP

Awful experience with this ISP. They have Nill communication. They don't notify us when there are outages or scheduled maintenance. They don't reply to emails or their ticket system, no matter who you want to try and contact. I've been struggling for months now to get ahold of them and they are just ignoring me and the emails and tickets, but when you call them they know about the emails, but just don't attend to it.

Would not recommend this ISP to anyone.
