Worst internet service provider ever!!!!!!

The worst service provider by far I must say, I have used this service provider for a few month now and from the first day till today I have had no joy at all, from billinh issues, to threats of account being suspended to the connection that is extremely unreliable, as it works one day and doesn't work the next and sometimes even for days on end... I haven't had internet for over a month and have been callinh daily and to this day I have a had no joy... I am no told that I am not registered and but what surprises me is that I am invoiced and they can find my account on their systems, so am I not registered, I was then told a technician would come and to date nothing has happened, for someone who works from home this is an inconvenience and extremely frustrating...
