Worst Fibre experience ever

Worst service provider ever, spent 3 days with you no connection they seem never to care about problem solving any technical issues, u have to call a billion times they give you a ticket number and claim to fix things, they take forever to answer, yet this is not a toll free number, u spend a lot of money just to call on something that is their fault, they don't do anything, u have to call repeatedly, their internet is extremely slow, it definitely is not 25mbps speed, their customer service does not seem to care it's like u bothering them, worst Fibre experience ever, no week goes by without a problem
