the worst internet provider

This is one of the most useless internet providers, firstly my details where typed in incorrectly, from my name, email address and even where I stay. Secondly for their wifi to even exist in my complex I was the one who had to run around and get the consent form signed for 5 full months while this people where doing nothing to get it signed. You call them day in and day out to get you connected and they individually come with different stories that don't even make sense. the technical team is as useless as their service. If they only knew I'm a graduate in software development, technical support and networking and they have the nerve to lie to me day in and day out about something I know surely better than them. And yet when a white person calls them they attend to their matters very quick, I have white friends that called and reported they problem way after I reported my problem and they were helped very quick while I till today nothing is been done. 2 weeks ago I was without internet for a full week because someone at the company wrote all my details incorrectly just to get a sale, now today I have been without internet since last week Wednesday till now and I am still given the round around as if i don't know the **** they are doing. How can the whole complex be UP and one person if off and they tell me about fibre breakage, my neighbor lives 2 doors away from me and is UP and I'm DOWN, is it because he is white? this company takes us for ****.
