Terrible connection and terrible service

Worst wifi and service ever, I cannot even connect when I'm in my bedroom, the speed is not 25mbps as promised. As u have problems they don't help you in time 3 days no service u keep calling them they never call u or update you they change reasons super slow, their service is frustrating
