Service as bad as it can get

I don't believe that worse can exist, there is no communication from this company, they don't care if it is for business use or not, their phone queueing doesn't work (you jump from being number 1 in the line to 5th) and I even receive wrong emails addressed to other clients. Do not ever consider this amateur company, I inherited them with the house that we bought, but my worst nightmare ever
