REFUSING TO CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION

They service sucks, they never take thier clients serious all matters to them is money, i have reported 2 cases. 1. I asked them to change my subscription fee in August until this day they didn't, when I call to enquire about my request they never gave me a straight answer um exhausted. I sent them multiple emails still no one is helping 2. My internet is very slow and I can hardly stream i reported the matter same thing is happening. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm running out of patience right now because um losing alot of money every month since I work from home.
