Poor connectivity / download speed & Zero Customer Service

just an overall terrible experience.

last few months ive had terrible connectivity issues with very slow download speed. If more than one person is downloading at the same time, one person is kicked off the wifi. Its crazy when im paying for unlimited, uncapped, 20MB download speed with only 2 people in the household.

called the helpline - no one answered!

then, my monthly fee was reduced from 899/month to 549/month but i have been paying the higher amount for a few months.got a statement with a credit amount, so didnt make a payment end Oct as my credit covered the monthly fee but I then get a note from accounts threatening to cut off my connection!

3 emails, 2 phone calls, 1 promise & 3 days later - zero response from anyone at this place.

Just DON'T do it, there must be other better options
