NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH

From the beginning I should have know that this company is a waste of time - none the less a waste of energy. Struggled for a month to get my internet up and running from the start, ran for 3 months - internet down. Struggling to get feedback as to why this would be the situation. Various emails sent. Decided to cancel the line as I would rather save my energy and support a company that is more than happy to assist should there be any problems. Extremely fast to send you your monthly invoices and statements but once a problem occur - they are an absolute ****show. Make the right choice and settle for the worst ISP recommended to you, even they will be better than this company.
