I have phoned and begged for help. I have requested accounts support for a statement multiple times with no joy. I keep getting told someone will call me but no one ever does. I am paying double on my account because my debt order was not loaded How long is a piece of string? I want to cancel my account. I am sick of this pathetic service and terrible customer care. The worst ISP award goes to IHAPPY FIBRE!
