Bad customer service

Our wifi has been giving us problems for weeks. We have contacted the office in centurion numerous times to get it sorted. A support ticket was opened and closed without any support. Ethan that open the ticket is never available for assistance and everyone else we speak to say they will call us back. I work from home and my meetings are being interrupted by the problem in the wifi. They quick to send you a letter of termination the day after payment was due when you forgot to make payment but can't resolve your problems.

I do not recommend this company for your fibre needs, no customer service at all
