Bad company

Very bad service. Changing their system every view months, then the debit orders not going off, they just simply shut down your service without letting you know, then it is a struggle to get hold of them to put it on again. Happened to get it cancelled, they send me a letter to confirm it will release the line on August 31, when it did not happen and asked why, they actually instructed their technical department to release the line end of September and I must maar deal with it as they can't do anything about it. Very bad company
