worst service received

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I’ve had regarding my refund. I was initially informed that the refund would be processed and received within 14 days. However, it has now been over 30 days, and I have yet to receive it.

I’ve been following up every week, and I was told that Thembeka would assist and give me a call back. However, I only received one email from her confirming that the refund would be processed with no update since then. No one has contacted me to explain the refund breakdown or to clarify what’s causing the delay.

I’d really appreciate it if someone could get back to me with a proper explanation and confirm when the refund will reflect. This has been going on far too long, and I just want to get it resolved.
