WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I've been having this issue since 2020!!!. A tenant in CPT Crystal Lane who owes me rent that is over R60k. Everytime I state that I want her out of property they tell me about procedure and nothing happens to the tenant. She clearly stated to them even this January that she had no means of paying, yet only a letter of demand was issued. She is still given an option to stay till end of February. The manager Bianca Botha who stated that if I have queries I should not hesitate to contact, has not responded to any of my emails for a week now. I have to request everything from them, no proactiveness whatsoever. Am frustrated, I don't have funds to pay up my loan, like I said the tenant hasn't paid, and they haven't still secured a good paying one in months.
