Worst rental agency

I would stay away from this agency. They do not care about the tenants, their service is poor, and the hidden costs are ridiculous. I rented an apartment with them in the begining of 2024 and now that im moving out, the list of rxpenses they want to take from my deposit is rediculous , they havent sent me the correct paperwork nor have they spoken to me with any sort of respect as a client
