Worst Property management agency!!

Worst experience to say the least. I have over 10 issues with this investment company so much so that it would take the entire day if I had to vent.

For one they don’t bother communicating whether or not damages that were made to my property by an ex-tenant have been fixed or not, mind you this tenant vacated in October 2023, we’re in 2024 now and after numerous following up, I don’t know what’s what in that property.

Secondly, this is the third month that my apartment has been vacant and when I followed up on the status of procuring a tenant I was asked “would you consider lowering your rent” those were the exact words, I don’t know why I’m even asked this only when I followed and all this time they’re choosing to be quiet. Also bear in mind I had two offers for a higher rent than what my ex-tenant was paying.

Thirdly, they will not communicate any missed rental income. I didn’t get my rental income for October on the day that it was due, had to follow up on this as well, only to find out that the tenant missed a payment and this was communicated to them before hand and they didn’t think that it would be wise enough to communicate this to me so I can alternative arrangements for the forfeited rental.

Exit inspections? They gave me the run around for that as well. I was first told I should reach out to Ryan for an update, and was later told that Ryan resigned and should reach out to Jade, only to find out that Jade also resigned and Ryan is back. If this is not a circus then I don’t what is. Also it baffles me, why I should be begging people to do what they are required to do.

I asked them to give me the keys to my apartment as they are the only people that have access to it, do you think they responded? Sent texts and emails with no response. I have zero energy left in me.

One would think that they are treating me this way because of my ethnicity, because it’s just hard to believe that one entity could have so many *********** people.

The only thing they are good at, is speeding up the process when they want you to buy a property, they even offered to pay six months of their chosen home insurance because I was ‘taking time’ to decide which one I want lol.
