Worst Developer of all time

I have rented a townhouse in Noah's Vilage, iGrow properties in Pomona. The development was said to have 24 hour security, yet my unit was broken into. After numerous emails pleading with the developer to install security gates, nothing was done. My neighbours were broken into twice during this period. I had to install the safety gates and burglar bars at my own cost or risk getting burgled again.

No maintenance was performed during my 12 month stay despite many reports of maintenance issues to the developer.

Upon finishing my lease, I was blamed for the very same maintenance issues I had reported through the year. I tried to repaint all areas that needed touch ups but Jimmy from igrow gave me the wrong paint code and colour. After great costs incurred to acquire the paint as advised by Jimmy, maintenance still deducted a huge amount from the deposit. Despite all these issues, my desperation to get free from the iGrow brand forced me to accept the quote to repair the issues. 4 weeks after the quote was accepted in writing, I was contacted and advised that the quote given was a vast underquote and would need to be revised. I still to this day have not received a cent of my deposit.
