Worst company to do business with

My property investment through IGrow Wealth has been a pathetic investment. IGrow promised a rental of R 20k, and delivered R 8k. IGrow quoted levy of R 1200, actual levy is R 2800. IGrow promised return of 8,6 %. Actual return not even 1,0 %. IGrow seem to draw on a very small pool of tenants. Do they ever even advertise? On top of this completely inaccurate and misleading financial information, IGrow are terrible communicators. Communications are ignored. IGrow seems to have a high staff turnover, so one is always talking to new people who have no history. I struggle to imagine a worse company to do business with.
