Worst client service ever!!!
I would give this company a minus five (–5) if i could. The sales guys are amazing, they know just the right things to say until you are locked in. I am at the stage where I am dealing with their rental management department and wow is the service a total let-down. They do not reply to email, do not communicate well, do not return calls. You cannot reach their seniors for assistance when you cannot reach the dedicated staff, it is terrible. They do not care and do not take clients seriously.
