DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND NEVER USE UGROW RENTALS.

I have been staying at Greenlee since February 2023 and I have been having electricity issues since I moved in. The electricity bill that I currently am having issues with has charges from October 2022 to January 2023 which prohibits me from purchasing electricity worth R1600 so that I can have power in my apartment. I raised this up with IGrow and included their CEO and the issue is still not fixed.

I am typing this with no power in my apartment because of charges that have nothing to do with me but because I AM the one that has no power I am forced to pay the R1600 while their sitting at their homes with power.

I will definitely say this to you, you'll sign a lease with IGrow but when it comes to issues you'll experience suddenly it isn't their issue. You'll experience issues and only learn how things work when the issue is there, the "agent" that helped me get this unit didn't explain the electricity process and to top it off she gave me an incorrect meter number meaning what ever units I was buying went to someone else.

If you want a peace of mind, DO NOT RENT WITH IGROW!!!
