WE WANT HOT WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Igrow please make it make sense. I logged a maintenance ticket over a month ago. The issue is still not resolved. Tell me, it's winter, it's very cold and we don't have hot water. How long do we have to wait until the geyser gets fixed? You sent someone to come fix the geyser, it's still not fixed. When I call Bianca tells me the contractor is on leave. How is that our problem? we just want hot water. Today I called 5 times and I was not able to talk to Bianca because apparently she was in a "meeting" the whole morning and suddenly out of office. WE WANT HOT WATER!!!!!
