Very unsatisfied customer
I bought a unit from Grow investments in 2017. I am a single mother and sole breadwinner. There has been delay after delay. I should have been earning an income rental by now, to be told it will only be completed October 2020!! The staff have been great to deal with, but I can assure you I will never buy another unit or invest in this company.

Thank you for the positive comment about the staff of IGrow and you are completely correct about the long delays that have been experienced on this project. Please note, that we act as agents for the developer and we as IGrow are not the developers. Due to the excellent location in Paarl, together with the initial purchase price, which still stands, many investors have remained invested. We however, have no objection to you cancelling your transaction and will inform both attorneys and the developer and have all your monies refunded.
Please forward a mail to our offices and we will action accordingly.
