Very poor conducting of business and customer service

Igrow services is soo dissapointing , they have no idea what customer service is , no response to emails , no follow up calls , you as a client need to keep on following up I have called their offices in Capetown everyday from last week Friday but still no resolution to my issue no email follow ups nothing , currently residing in Sydney court and I must say it’s been a nightmare ! All of the agents I have dealt with have a” I don’t care attitude” I have contacted Jacques a few times with no response or follow up ! This is atrocious and very very poor service
