Very disgusted tenant
Had a bad experience with Igrow staff from the beginning of my lease. We moved into a dirty unit and when complaining Jacoba was very rude and unprofessional. Complex Sydney Park was poorly constructed and was always filthy. Upon exiting my damages deposit was delayed with unexplained deductions and overcharging. Taking this matter up with ombudsman!

After investigating this matter we found that you moved into your unit in May 2019. Pieter was your rental agent at that time, who is not in the employment of IGrow anymore.
On the Saturday you were ready to move in, however, nothing was pre-arranged with the rental agent who at that time tried to accommodate you with a unit, hence the reason for the dirty unit due to no prior move-in arrangements.
The additional costs was for the cleaning of the unit when you moved out and for repairs in the unit.
