1 month ago, on the third of may the tiles in our apartment cracked, we were so scared we thought the building was collapsing, we tried calling the emergency number and we were ignored. We sent messages and we we told what was happening in our apartment was not an emergency. Okay we waited until the next day, still they didn't send anyone in the morning, a guy came in the afternoon to check the tiles and removed the tiles that were broken, he told us he will be back in a few day to re-tile the whole living room and kitchen. Another one came after a week and said the same thing and that was the last we heard from igrow. This upsets me so much because we pay rent on time, We pay R10000 to live in a place with broken tiles.
