Company advised my friend of the change of ownership of the unit she was renting from IHSPM to iGrow over 5 months ago, but when she follows up about her deposit refund (she moved out over a month ago) they blame the other company for not having her deposit and that the process takes up to 3 months, but it has already been 5 months since they started managing the unit.

If you are ever told to deal with a Machaela Stanley or a Bianca Bester, RUN AWAY. Unless you want lasting headaches and legal battles.
