TR2049 MAINTENANCE NOT DONE

Good day

on the 15 Nov logged a maintenance issue they gave me a ticket but no one showed up even today I've been sending emails no one is responding to bothered to contact us but when it comes to the rent issue they respond fast but not fixing the housing issue nothing. Can this be attended or will call a technician and deduct this money from the rent money
