Title: Unfair Deposit Withholding and Poor Communication – iGrow Wealth Investment

If you want to be treated unfairly, not given your deposit and basically be ****med the use IGrow. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from iGrow Wealth Investment at The Aura.

Firstly, I made several attempts to communicate with them regarding the renewal of my lease well before it ended. I expressed on several occasions that my lease is ending and I'm worried about whether my lease will be renewed or not. I asked the person I communicated with multiple times and she kept saying she isnt sure. Unfortunately, their responses were delayed, and in some instances, they did not respond at all. This lack of communication placed me in a difficult position, as I had to secure alternative accommodation to avoid being left without a place to stay.

Secondly, there is a clear discrepancy in their documentation. I have a signed addendum stating that my lease ends on 30 March, yet I am being told that it ended on 28 February, which is incorrect. This error appears to be on their side, not mine.

Despite this, they are claiming that my lease converted to a month-to-month agreement and are using this as justification to withhold my deposit. They have also stated that I did not give proper notice, even though I did provide notice before vacating the property—under circumstances created by their delayed communication.

Additionally, it took them two weeks to respond just to arrange an inspection after I had already vacated the apartment, further highlighting their inefficiency.

To make matters worse, the communication from their representative has been rude and condescending, which is completely unacceptable when dealing with a paying client.

I strongly feel that withholding my deposit under these circumstances is unfair and unjustified, especially given: • Their failure to communicate timeously regarding lease renewal • The incorrect lease end date on their records • Delays on their side in arranging the exit inspection

I would not recommend their services based on my experience. I urge them to resolve this matter fairly and return my deposit.
