The worst rental company in South Africa!

The worst agency ever! The agents whom I worked with on entry and exit of Protea Village (Janine de Klerk and Jiveka Dubaram) were amazing at their jobs and went out of their way to assist. As for the portfolio managers and basically the rest of the staff there - *********** and unwilling to assist clients and do their jobs. They just don't reply to any emails at all, specifically Megan Spolander, Chanté Breedt, and Chloe Wolhunter. They are so quick to send emails with negative comments but just ignore anything else the clients say to them. One time a cat came into my house and attacked my cat so badly that my sheets were torn and the portfolio manager gave 0 ****s and no effort to solve the problem. My entry and exit inspection reports (they are there to protect the tenant from false accusations)clearly show that the damages in the maintenance quote sent to me were from the previous tenants before me. The quote was for a whopping R5500 and on the invoice they wanted to replace a tap that was already rusted and leaking, put a whole new curtain railing when I was just too short to clip the front one in the plastic, replace the window handles etc that weren't even broken or damaged. When I got to the place the bathroom was covered in mold which I had to sort on my account, there was a massive infestation of roaches and there were dead roaches on the floors and in the cupboards (I had to pay for extermination), I had to replace to light units (the entire unit) on my account and had to buy an electricity meter because there wasn't one. They mention absolutely nothing about refunding me but are quick to ***** money from their clients. They asked me if we could go ahead with the R5500 quote and when I said no, radio silence even after follow-up emails. I still haven't heard anything back about maintenance, refunds and the excess R10 100 in rent money still lying on the rent portal platform. THESE PEOPLE ARE LAZY *******, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH IGROW RENTALS!
