The hell hole that is Noah's village

The review is aimed at a development Igrow manages -- Noah's Village, Pomona, Johannesburg.

The managing agents (Igrow - Jimmy) are not truthful when you inquire. First of there has been TWO break-ins within a month of each other where 3 vehicles were ******, mine included. The owners of the vehicles weren't notified that there was a theft. The security is a joke, anyone can come in and out of the gate because the tag system does not work and never has. There are utility interruption 5-6 times a month where you sit without electricity and/or water for up to five days in some cases. When you complain, Igrow either blames the council or the developer or the simple say it's not our problem, that is if you get a response at all. Point being nothing gets done about it. I stayed 4 months before giving notice again. I had to fight for 3 months to get the paint code for the walls, and then it didn't match. I was then accused that I bought the wrong paint.

This place is in an industrial area so your washing smells of smoke permanently and the dust is unbearable. If you move into this place you WILL regret it. Would give 0 starts if possible.
