Micaela Louw who is one of the property portfolio managers from iGrow has been nothing but great. I have been staying at one of the Balwin properties for over 3years and when I decided to move out everything was smooth because of her. She assisted me with my inspection prior to my move, ensured that I fill all the necessary documents on time to ensure a swift and stress free move and I was able to get my full deposit as well. She explained and communicated every process well, she is very kind, attentive and patient. She even took her time to call me back when I ran out of airtime. The list is endless, I really appreciate her assistance and I hope that Igrow has more staff life her as she is such a great asset to the company. Moving in or out is already a lot but having an agent like Micaela just makes the process easy.
