Thank you Lady Crystal Leetion!

One of my properties has been recently handed over to Lady Crystal Leetion to manage. At first I was not at ease parting ways with her predecessor since we worked well together. Eish, one of those old-school sentimental gents, I guess.

Gosh! I did not know continuity in quality, dedication and trust that I was in good hands would be guaranteed. Lady Leetion handled all queries, mishaps and the unexpected due to the current financial turmoil with ease. The professionalism in which all matters has been attended to is beyond my expectations. Willingness to make me understand, even when fuming, has been her calming/soothing customer service gesture that is seemingly scarce in our days. At times I would be like, I was worried for nothing; after having bombarded her mail box filled with uncer*****y due to whatever matter that needed resolution. And still with patience she gives the five star service one desires!

I just want to say thank you Lady Crystal Leetion for your patience and support you are to me. You have a lot of units you are managing and yet I feel like you have been designated just for me! Big up to you
