Terrible Terrible Attitude from sales agents. All of them.

Terrible terrible service. Their sales agents definitely do not want to work. Maybe they should offer incentives to motivate them because wow! These people do not want to close deals. They have attitude, they are not organised, they are not motivated, they just do not care about offering the best services. My boyfriend has been renting with one of their apartments and wanted to downsize from a 2 bed to a 1 bed and they have not been helpful at all. You as a client, have to basically follow them around to follow up and ask and still, when you do that, they have an attitude. It’s like you are annoying them. We are even looking to move forward to a different property because they just do not care about keeping clients. Had a viewing today and did not even get to view the place because that woman wanted my boyfriend to go in and view on his own and she had an attitude. Terrible terrible services.
